色素异常性皮肤淀粉样变病一例

摘　　要：29岁男性患者,全身泛发性灰黑色色素沉着伴色素减退29年.皮肤科情况:面部、躯干及四肢可见泛发性灰黑色色素沉着斑,其间散在分布色素减退斑.背部皮损组织病理:真皮乳头可见团块状均质淡红染物质,部分上方有裂隙,真皮浅层少量炎性细胞浸润,并可见噬色素细胞.结晶紫染色及刚果红染色均阳性.诊断:色素异常性皮肤淀粉样变病.A 29-year-old male patient had generalized gray-black hyperpigmentation complicated with hypopigmentation for 29 years.Dermatology examination showed that generalized gray-black hyperpigmentation lesions distributed on the face,trunk and limbs,mingled with scattered hypopigmentation macules.Histopathology of the skin lesion on the back showed that masses of homogeneous and slightly eosinophilic material situated in the dermal papilla,with fissures in some areas above;a small amount of inflammatory cells infiltrated in the superficial dermis,as well as some melanophages.Methyl violet staining and Congo red staining were positive.Diagnosis:amyloidosis cutis dyschromica.
