摘　　要：近年来,由于基因组测序技术、生物信息学和文化学的创新发展,以及人类微生物群项目和人类肠道宏基因组的发现为微生物群的研究提供了新的视野,有助于更好地理解人体微生态系统及其与宿主之间的相互作用,其中肠道微生物群与多种疾病密切相关,成为国内外学者的关注焦点。中医是我国特有的医学,已有数千年历史,随着中医药对肠道微生物群研究的不断深入,而愈发证实肠道微生态是打开中医奥妙的大门钥匙。本文从中医理论、证候、中药及复方等研究方面入手,论述中医药对肠道微生态调节作用的研究进展。In recent years,the creative development of genome sequencing technology,bioinformatics and culturology,as well as the human microbiota project and the human gut metagenome discovery provide a new perspective for microbiota research and help researchers to better understand the human microecosystem and its interactions with the host.The intestinal microbiota is closely associated with various of diseases,which has become the hot spot for Chinese and foreign scholars.TCM is a unique traditional medicine in China,and it has thousands of years of history.With the constant research of TCM on the intestinal microecology,it is confirmed that the intestinal microecology is the key to open up the mysteries of TCM.This study discussed the research progress of TCM modulating intestinal microecology in terms of TCM theory,syndrome,herbal medicine and compound prescriptions.
