摘　　要：黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的干燥根,是临床上使用频率较高的中药材。近年来,随着国内外学者对黄芪研究的不断深入,发现了很多新的化学成分和药理作用,黄芪的化学成分主要有多糖、黄酮类化合物,三萜类化合物等,具有增强免疫功能,抗肿瘤,保护心脑血管系统,保护内脏,调节机体代谢,保护神经系统等作用,本次研究对近年来关于黄芪的相关文献进行综述分析,阐述其化学成分及药理作用的研究进展。Radix Astragali is the dried root of Astragalus mongolicus or Astragalus membranaceus,which is frequently used in clinic.In recent years,with the in-depth study of Radix Astragali by scholars at home and abroad,many new chemical constituents and pharmacological effects have been found.The main chemical components of Radix Astragali are polysaccharides,flavonoids and triterpenes,which can enhance immune function and have the actions of anti-tumor,protecting cardio-cerebrovascular system,protecting viscera,regulating body metabolism and protecting nervous system.This study reviewed the relevant literature about Radix Astragali in recent years and elaborated the research progress of its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects.
