摘　　要：狗皮膏是传统黑膏药制剂之一,具有祛风散寒、活血止痛的功效。从古至今,狗皮膏在临床上应用广泛,具有良好疗效,是膏药中不可多得的优良品种。随着现代科技水平的发展,对狗皮膏的研究逐渐深入而全面。本文从狗皮膏及其制剂的历史沿革、药效学研究、临床应用、制备工艺、安全性评价、质量标准、专利等方面进行综述,以期为狗皮膏的开发研究提供理论依据。Goupi plaster is one of the traditional black plaster preparations,which has the effect of expelling wind and removing cold,activating blood circulation and relieving pain.Since ancient times,Goupi plaster has been widely used in clinical practice and has a good curative effect.It is a rare and excellent pattern of plaster.With the development of modern science and technology,the research on Goupi plaster is gradually thorough and comprehensive.This study summarized Goupi plaster and its preparations in terms of history evolution,pharmacodynamics,clinical application,preparation process,safety evaluation,quality standard and patents,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development and research of Goupi plaster.
