摘 要:为明确乙草胺药害对甘薯生长发育的影响及缓解药剂对乙草胺药害的缓解效应,以烟薯25为供试作物,研究乙草胺对甘薯的药害情况以及0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹可湿性粉剂、安法戈水剂、解害灵水剂和植力源粉剂4种不同缓解药剂对乙草胺药害的缓解作用。结果表明,乙草胺对甘薯蔓长、叶绿素相对含量、长势、产量及商品率等性状均有抑制作用,药害发生后喷施缓解药剂对乙草胺药害有一定缓解作用。综合分析,解害灵水剂对甘薯乙草胺药害的缓解效应最好,较不使用缓解药剂的乙草胺对照增产19.89%,缓解效应为37.36%,将有助于建立甘薯田除草剂药害的有效缓解措施。To determine the damaging effect of acetochlor on the growth and development of sweet potato and study its possible mitigation of phytotoxicity with alleviators of acetochlor,with Yanshu 25 sweet potato as trial crop,four different alleviators were evaluated,including 0.136%GA-IAA-BR,Ann Fargo,Jiehailing and Zhiliyuan.Acetochlor reduced vine length,relative chlorophyll content,growth,yield and other characters of sweet potato.Spraying alleviators after the occurrence of acetochlor damage can alleviate its phytotoxicity to a certain extent.According to a comprehensive analysis,Jieshailing had the highest mitigation effect on drug damage of sweet potato,whose mitigation effect was 37.36%.And the yield of sweet potato using Jieshailing was 19.89%higher than that of acetochlor control.It will be helpful to establish effective mitigation measures of herbicide damage in sweet potato field.
