摘　　要：师资队伍建设是应用技术大学内涵式发展的重要着眼点。拟以黑龙江省应用技术大学俄语教师队伍为例,通过对其发展现状的分析,围绕应用技术大学服务区域经济的办学宗旨,结合黑龙江省对俄经贸等领域合作概况,以教师视角,从教学、科研和实践三方面浅析应用技术大学俄语教师队伍建设路径。Constructing the troops of teacher is an important point in the connotative development of the university of applied science. This paper takes Russian teachers of Heilongjiang university of applied science as an example. Based on the analysis of its development status,the aim of serving regional economy and the general situation of Heilongjiang-Russia economic and trade cooperation,the construction of Russian teachers in university of applied science is analyzed from the perspective of teachers in teaching,scientific research and practice.
