摘 要:为了研究再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,采用SCB试验方法,分析了RAP掺量、聚酯纤维掺量和复合盐溶液对低温抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,随着RAP掺量的提高,再生沥青混合料的断裂能逐渐减小,峰值荷载逐渐增大;随着聚酯纤维掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料峰值荷载先增大后减小,确定纤维最佳掺量为0.4%;复合盐溶液侵蚀会削弱再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,增加RAP掺量可以提高抗侵蚀能力,且当RAP掺量超过30%,断裂能均呈现大幅下降趋势,建议RAP掺量不宜超过30%。In order to study the low temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture,SCB test method was used to analyze the influence of RAP content,polyester fiber content and compound salt solution on the low temperature crack resistance. The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the fracture energy of recycled asphalt mixture gradually decreases,and the peak load gradually increases;with the increase of polyester fiber content,the peak load of recycled asphalt mixture increases first and then decreases,and it is determined that the optimum content of fiber is 0. 4%;the corrosion of composite salt solution will weaken the low-temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture,and increasing the content of RAP can improve the erosion resistance. When the content of RAP exceeds 30%,the fracture energy shows a significant downward trend,and it is recommended that the content of RAP should not exceed 30%.
