摘  要:重卡自卸车U型货箱外观成型好、卸货效率高,深受大众青睐。由于U型货箱自身结构特点,制作时易出现货箱歪斜、各总成间缝隙大等缺陷,影响车辆外观质量和使用寿命。基于CAE建模分析设计一种专用于重卡自卸车U型货箱的拼箱结构,旨在保证货箱5项关键数据,且适用于NM450板材产品。在使用拼箱工装情况下,试制10台U型货箱,试验结果表明,该结构可保证U型货箱对角线误差≤10mm、各总成间缝隙≤2mm,良好的保证了产品的各项关键指标参数。Heavy dump truck’s U-shaped container relying on its appearance molding,high unloading efficiency,favored by the public. However,because of the characteristics of U-shaped container’s structure,during the production process it is easy to have defects such as container skew,excessive clearance,etc. These defects greatly affect vehicle appearance quality and service life. This paper designs a structure applied to container welding,specially for heavy dump truck’s U-shaped container,which can be applied to the material of NM450based on CAE modeling analysis. The purpose of the design is to ensure the container’s 5 key data. After the structure is made,10 U-shaped containers are tested,the result shows the structure can ensure the diagonal error of the U-shaped container ≤10mm,the gap between assemblies ≤2mm,which can ensure the key index parameters of the product well.
