摘　　要：“经济法”思想作为朱元璋法律思想的重要组成部分,在古代社会经济关系尚不发达之时主要表现在宏观调控关系中,具体涉及产业法律思想、财税法律思想、货币法律思想和对外贸易法律思想四个方面。充分展现出朱元璋希望通过法律手段来保护第一产业、维护财税合理收支、积极推广规范纸币使用、大力限制对外贸易等思想内容,彰显着新旧交融、宽严相济、攻守并存的鲜明特点。评析朱元璋“经济法”思想不能简单就事论事,而是要抓住主线,结合人物的具体时空环境多维度地展开分析探讨。As an important part of Zhu Yuanzhang’s legal thought,the thought of "economic law" was mainly reflected in the macro-control relationship when the ancient social and economic relations were undeveloped,specifically involving four aspects: industrial legal thought,fiscal and tax legal thought,monetary legal thought and foreign trade legal thought. It fully showed that Zhu Yuanzhang hoped to protect the primary industry and maintain the reasonable revenue and expenditure of finance and taxation through legal means. At the same time,he actively promoted and standardized the use of paper money and vigorously restricted foreign trade. It showed the distinctive characteristics of the integration of the old and the new,the combination of leniency and severity,and the coexistence of attack and defense. To comment on Zhu Yuanzhang’s thought of "economic law",we should not simply talk about the matter,but grasp the main line and carry out multi-dimensional analysis and discussion in combination with the specific space-time environment of the characters.
