摘  要:针对传统有源天线存在的线路损耗问题,提出一款新型宽带低噪声放大器有源集成天线。该设计将天线同时作为辐射元件和有源电路的匹配部分,在不使用任何输入匹配网络的情况下,将低噪放管与天线高度集成,实现有源电路和无源天线一体化。本文设计采用AVAGO公司的GaAs HEMT低噪放管,通过加载缝隙的倒F天线实现了32%的匹配带宽。为了比较和验证,制作了两种模型,一种为本文提出的集成式设计,另一种为传统结构有源天线。实测结果表明,本文设计的低噪声放大器有源集成天线在2.1GHz~2.9GHz频带内增益保持在12dB以上,端口回波损耗低于-12dB,实测与仿真效果良好吻合。该集成方法在减小电路尺寸的同时有效降低了系统损耗。与传统有源天线相比,该集成式设计在工作频带内增益提升了0.7dB~1dB,尺寸减小15%以上。Aiming at the line loss problem of traditional active antennas, a new type of broadband low-noise amplifier active integrated antenna is proposed. The design uses the antenna as the radiating element and matching part of the the active circuit at the same time. Without using any input matching network, the low-noise amplifier tube and the antenna are highly integrated to realize the integration of the active circuit and the passive antenna. In this paper, the GaAs HEMT low-noise amplifier tube of AVAGO is used in this design, and a 32% matching bandwidth is achieved through the inverted F antenna loaded with the slot. For comparison and verification, two models have been made, one is the integrated design proposed in this article, and the other is an active antenna with a traditional structure. The actual measurement results show that the low-noise amplifier active integrated antenna designed in this paper maintains a gain above 12 dB in the 2.1 GHz~2.9 GHz frequency band, and the port return loss is lower than-12 dB. The actual measurement and simulation results are in good agreement. This integration method effectively reduces the system loss while reducing the circuit size. Compared with traditional active antennas, this integrated design has an increase of 0.7 dB~1 dB in the operating frequency band and a size reduction of more than 15%.
