摘 要:由于传统WIFI已经无法满足现代生活中高带宽高速率的传输,因此全新的WIFI6E标准将频带拓展到了1.2GHz,而宽频带将会给雷达提供更高的精度。本文依托FMCW生命体征雷达项目,设计出覆盖6.55GHz-7.05GHz具有500MHz带宽的线性调频连续波频率源。频率源利用DDS加倍频加上变频技术并采用ADI和Minicircuits公司芯片组合设计。经过链路仿真和实物测试,最终实现了在6.55GHz-7.05GHz频带内起伏小于2.5dB,且具有良好的带内平坦度的频率源。As the traditional WIFI can no longer meet the requirements of high bandwidth and high speed transmission in modern life. Therefore, the new WIFI6 E standard expands the frequency band to 1.2 GHz, and the wide band will provide higher accuracy to the radar. This paper relies on the FMCW vital signs radar project to design a broadband linear FM continuous wave frequency source covering6.55 GHz-7.05 GHz. The frequency source is designed using DDS frequency doubling plus frequency conversion technology and a combination of ADI and minicircuits chips. After link simulation and physical testing and using the amplitude equalization technique, the final result is less than 2.5 dB of undulation in the6.55 GHz-7.05 GHz band, with good in-band flatness.
