摘  要:以“日本水芹”为试材,以LED白光为对照(CK),共设置5个不同光照水平,分别为R∶B=55∶45、R∶B=65∶35、R∶B=75∶25、R∶B=85∶15、R∶B=95∶5,研究了不同光质配比对水芹生长及品质的调控,以期为水芹的工厂化生长模式提供参考依据。结果表明:当红蓝光光质配比为T4处理R∶B=85∶15时,可溶性糖含量较高,硝酸盐、粗纤维含量较低,综合营养品质最好。该试验中红蓝光光质配比为R∶B=85∶15,为水芹生长的最佳光质配比。‘Japanese Water Dropwort’was used as material.LED white light was used as the control(CK),and a total of 5 different light levels were set,R∶B=55∶45,R∶B=65∶35,R∶B=75∶25,R∶B=85∶15,R∶B=95∶5.The regulation of the growth and quality of water dropwort under the regulation of different light quality ratios was studied through the basic nutrient solution of the plant factory,in order to provide reference for the industrial growth of water dropcoort.The results showed that when the ratio of red and blue light quality was T4 treatment R∶B=85∶15,the soluble sugar content was higher,the nitrate and crude fiber content were lower,and the comprehensive nutritional quality was the best.When the light quality ratio of red and blue light was R∶B=85∶15,it was the best light quality ratio for the growth of water dropwort.
