基于互联网平台对消渴病患者出院后辨证施膳的应用研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究基于互联网平台的辨证施膳模式对消渴病(糖尿病)患者出院后的干预效果。【方法】将100例消渴病出院患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统的电话随访模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于互联网平台的辨证施膳模式。观察2组患者干预前(出院时)和干预后(出院后3个月)的血糖指标(包括空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白)和糖尿病特异性生存质量量表(DSQL)评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)血糖指标方面:干预3个月后,2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)生活质量方面:干预3个月后,2组患者的DSQL评分均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组对DSQL评分的降低作用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】基于互联网平台的辨证施膳模式是对传统护理模式的信息化改革,该辨证施膳模式在出院后的消渴病患者中应用效果显著,使患者血糖长期稳定达标,生活质量得到提高,可实现及时、便捷、准确、优质、专业的智慧护理服务。Objective To study the intervention effect of internet-based dialectical therapeutic diet mode on discharged diabetes patients.Methods A total of 100 discharged patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was followed up by telephone,and the observation group was given dialectical therapeutic diet mode based on internet platform together with the conventional telephone follow-up.The changes of blood glucose indexes of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin as well as the diabetic specific quality of life scale(DSQL)scores in the two groups were observed before intervention(at discharge)and after intervention(3 months after discharge).Results(1)Blood glucose indicators:after 3 months of intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering the indicators in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Quality of life:after 3 months of intervention,DSQL scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering DSQL scores in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The internet-based dialectical therapeutic diet mode is an information reform of the conventional nursing mode,which has been applied to patients with diabetes after discharge with remarkable results.The application of the established mode can stabilize the blood glucose at the standard level for long term,improve the quality of life of the patients,and ensure the realization of timely,convenient,accurate,highquality and professional nursing services,which is worthy of further clinical pr
