摘 要:【目的】比较广东、广西和云南阳春砂中多种无机元素的含量差异,分析其重金属含量,建立阳春砂产地判别模型。【方法】将阳春砂样品进行微波消解后使用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定铝(Al)、砷(As)、硼(B)、钡(Ba)、铋(Bi)等28种无机元素含量,应用SPSS 26.0软件对不同产地阳春砂测定结果进行分析。【结果】19种无机元素在广东、广西和云南阳春砂中具有显著差异;样品中未检出汞(Hg),铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)含量未超标,广东和云南分别有30%和35%的样品铜(Cu)超标;运用逐步判别分析从27种元素中筛选出特异性指标并分别建立3个省份和4个采集地(阳春、崇左、文山、西双版纳)的产地判别模型,回判检验正确率分别为87.2%和79.3%。【结论】ICP-MS可快速地同步测定阳春砂中多种无机元素的含量。以无机元素的差异对阳春砂进行产地判别有一定的应用潜力。Objective To compare the differences in the content of various inorganic elements in Amomum villosum Lour.(a perennial herb,its dried and ripe fruit namely fructus amomi is used as a Chinese herbal medicine)from Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan, and to analyse their heavy metal content and to develop a model for discriminating the origin of Amomum villosum Lour.. Methods The samples of Amomum villosum Lour. were subjected to microwave digestion followed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the determination of 28 inorganic elements including aluminium(Al),arsenic(As),boron(B),barium(Ba)and bismuth(Bi),and SPSS 26.0 software was applied to analyse the determination results of Amomum villosum Lour.from different habitats. Results There were significant differences of 19 inorganic elements in the Amomum villosum Lour. from Guangdong,Guangxi and Yunnan;mercury(Hg)was not detected in the samples,lead(Pb),arsenic(As)and cadmium(Cd)did not exceed the standard,while 30% of the samples from Guangdong and 35% of the samples from Yunnan exceeded the standard of copper(Cu). A stepwise discriminant analysis was used to select specific indicators from 27 elements and to develop origin discriminant models for three provinces and four collection sites(Yangchun, Chongzuo, Wenshan and Xishuangbanna) respectively, and the back-testing accuracy was 87.2% and 79.3%. Conclusion ICP-MS allows for the rapid and simultaneous discrimination of a wide range of inorganic elements in Amomum villosum Lour.. The difference in inorganic elements has some potential application for the origin discrimination of Amomum villosum Lour..
