摘  要:目前,对于钢结构井架的选型、布置并无统一规程规范要求,特别是对于复杂地形条件下钢井架的研究较少;对于钢结构井架斜撑截面的设计参数多依据经验选取,难以进行贴切实际的三维数值分析计算,易造成材料浪费或安全隐患。本文以福建某铁矿井架工程为背景,运用有限元软件Midas Gen进行复杂地形条件下的钢井架设计,并辅以3D3S V13进行进一步验证。结果表明:该计算方法能较好地模拟井架在各复杂工况条件下力学及位移效应,通过试算不断优选构件截面,能综合考虑井架设计实施过程中的安全与经济因素。At present,there is no unified specification and requirement for the selection and layout of steel structure derricks,especially for steel derricks under complex terrain conditions.The design parameters of the diagonal bracing section of the steel structure derricks are mostly selected according to experience,and it is difficult to carry out practical three-dimensional numerical analysis and calculation,which is easy to cause material waste or safety hazards.Taking the iron ore derrick project in Fujian as the background,the finite element software Midas Gen is used to design the steel derrick under complex terrain conditions,supplemented by 3 D3 S V13 for further verification.The results show that the calculation method can better simulate the mechanical and displacement effects of the derrick under various complex working conditions,and through trial calculations,the member cross-sections are continuously optimized,which can comprehensively consider the safety and economic factors in the derrick design and implementation process.
