基于“治未病”理论肺脾并重预防新型冠状病毒感染

摘　　要：目的基于中医“治未病”理论、肺脾并重原则,探讨自拟新冠肺炎预防方1、2、3、4号对新型冠状病毒肺炎的预防效果。方法无症状儿童32例及有症状儿童78例,分别予以服用新冠肺炎预防方1、2号6剂。无症状成人106例(无症状患者61例、医院发热门诊、全科医学门诊及援鄂医疗队等一线医护人员45例)及有症状成人47例,分别服用新冠肺炎预防方3、4号6剂,观察临床疗效。结果四组均未发现新冠肺炎确诊患者,其中有症状组临床症状改善明显。结论自拟新冠肺炎预防方1、2、3、4号早期预防新型冠状病毒肺炎作用明显,中医“治未病”理论肺脾并重值得普及,可以提高普通人群的机体抵抗力,缓解其不良情绪。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of self-made COVID-19 preventive prescriptions NO.1,2,3,and 4 on COVID-19 based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of equal emphasis on lung and spleen.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 32 asymptomatic children and 78 symptomatic children in the outpatient department of the hospital.Six doses of COVID-19 prophylactic 1 and 2 were given,respectively,and the clinical efficacy of COVID-19 prophylactic 1 and 2 was observed.A retrospective study was conducted on 106 asymptomatic adults(61 asymptomatic patients,45 first-line medical staff in fever clinic,general medicine clinic and Hubei medical team)and 47 symptomatic adults.The patients were treated with 6 doses of COVID-19 prophylactic 3 and 4,respectively,and the clinical efficacy of COVID-19 prophylactic 3 and 4 was observed.Results No confirmed cases of COVID-19 were found in the four groups,and the clinical symptoms of the symptomatic group were significantly improved.Conclusion The self-designed COVID-19 prevention prescriptions No.1,2,3 and 4 have obvious effect on early prevention and treatment of COVID-19.The theory of"preventive treatment of disease"and the principle of equal emphasis on lung and spleen in traditional Chinese medicine is worth popularizing,which can improve the body resistance of ordinary people and relieve their bad mood.
