中药奄包热熨改善心肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者胃肠功能不全的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药奄包热熨对心肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者胃肠功能不全的疗效。方法选取2018年10月到2020年10月62例心力衰竭患者,根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上增加中药奄包热熨。观察两组患者治疗前后胃肠功能不全评分、治疗后疗效指数及血清白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白水平。结果治疗7天后,两组患者胃肠功能不全得分均低于治疗前,且观察组得分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率96.77%,对照组70.97%,两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药奄包热熨能改善心肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者胃肠功能不全的情况,改善患者营养状况。Objective To observe traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing on gastrointestinal dysfunction in heart failure patients with heart-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods A total of 62 patients with heart and kidney Yang deficiency heart failure in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing,and the intervention group was added with Chinese medicine and crude salt hot ironing on the basis of the control group.The scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction,the efficacy index after treatment and the levels of serum albumin and retinol binding protein were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups,and the clinical effects were compared between 2 groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention group was 96.77%,and that of the control group was 70.97%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,serum albumin and retinol binding protein in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and there was no statistical significance in serum albumin and retinol binding protein between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve gastrointestinal insufficiency and nutritional status of heart failure patients with heart-kidney Yang deficiency.
