左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统及短效避孕药治疗无排卵性功血的临床效果情况

摘　　要：目的:比较无排卵性功血用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统及短效避孕药治疗效果。方法:选取2018年2月—2020年5月淮阳区中医院收治的100例无排卵性功血患者进行研究,将患者按入院时间进行编号,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。对照组用短效避孕药治疗,观察组采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,对比两组患者性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平、月经状况、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组性激素水平优于对照组。观察组子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,而血红蛋白水平高于对照组。观察组闭经率低于对照组,正常月经率高于对照组。两组患者不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无排卵性功血用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统及短效避孕药治疗,均有一定疗效,但前者对改善性激素水平、提高治疗效果具有积极作用,更值得临床借鉴。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system and short-acting contraceptives for anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:From February 2018 to May 2020,100 patients with anovu­latory dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to the hospital were selected for the study.The patients were numbered according to the time of admission and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with short-acting contraceptives,and the observation group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sus­tained-release system.The levels of sex hormones,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin level,menstrual status,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of sex hormones in the ob­servation group was better than that in the control group.The endometrial thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group.The rate of amenorrhea in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the rate of normal menstruation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system and short-acting contraceptives have certain effects,but the former has a positive effect on improving the level of sex hormones and im­proving the treatment effect,and it is more worthy of clinical reference.
