光棒引导气管插管的临床应用

摘　　要：光棒插管是一项利用颈部软组织透光的原理实施气管插管的新技术。光棒插管具有容易掌握、耗时短、插管成功率高及并发症少等优点,在国外已广泛应用于临床麻醉急救医学等领域。美国麻醉医师协会在困难气道管理指导中,将光棒插管列为困难气道插管的技术之一。自光棒插管技术被引进国内以来,临床应用效果极佳,随着技术的不断改进,光棒插管设备逐渐展现出极佳的操作性能。近年来,国内对光棒插管在不同情况下的应用研究也越来越多,本文将对近几年国内有关光棒插管的研究进行综述,为临床应用提供参考。Lightwand-guided intubaton is a new technique for endotracheal intubation based on transillumination.Lightwand in­tubation has the advantages of easy mastering,short time consuming,high success rate of intubation and few complications,which has been widely used in clinical anesthesia and emergency medicine abroad.In the guidance of difficult airway management,the American Anesthesiologists Association listed the lightwand intubation as one of the difficult airway intubation techniques.Since the lightwand intubation was introduced into China,this technique has been well applied in clinical anesthesia.With the continu­ous improvement of technology,the equipment of lightwand intubation has gradually shown excellent operational performance.In re­cent years,researches on the application of lightwand intubation in different situations in China are on the increase.This review summarizes the recent progress on lightwand intubation in China in order to provide reference for clinical application.
