中药及其有效成分治疗癫痫的作用机制

摘　　要：癫痫是一种以脑内神经元的异常放电引起的以反复发作为特点的慢性神经系统疾病,具有反复性、不可预测性和无端发作的特点。中药治疗癫痫的疗效稳定,副作用小,因而越来越受人们的重视,该文就几种中药治疗癫痫的作用机制作一综述,为癫痫药物开发提供一定的参考。Epilepsy is a chronic nervous system disease characterized by repeated occurrence caused by abnormal discharge of neurons in the brain.It has the characteristics of repeatability,unpredictability and unprovoked attacks.Traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention because of its stable curative effect and small side effects in the treatment of epilepsy.In this paper,we reviewed the mechanisms of several traditional Chinese medicines in treating epilepsy for further autiepileptic drug development.
