摘　　要：阿拉伯半乳聚糖(Arabinogalactan,AG)是一种结构较复杂的植物多糖,可以与蛋白质相结合。AG的来源广泛,存在于各种植物和微生物中。随着研究的深入,AG的结构逐渐被人们熟知,主要分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型。近年来,AG在抗氧化、抗肿瘤和维持肠道稳态等方面展示出良好的生物活性,被广泛应用于食品和保健品领域。现将这些最新研究成果归纳、总结,为后续的研究提供参考。Arabinogalactan(AG)is a plant polysaccharide with a more complex structure,which can be combined with protein. AG has a wide range of sources and exists in various plants and microorganisms.With the deepening of research,the structure of AG is gradually known to people,mainly divided into type Ⅰ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ. In recent years,AG has shown good biological activities in anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and maintaining intestinal homeostasis,and has been widely used in the fields of food and health products. These latest research results are summarized and summarized to provide reference for subsequent research.
