摘 要:延胡索乙素是相关延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuo)品质的重要化学成分,在中国药典中作为延胡索质量控制指标,分析不同产地延胡索中延胡索乙素含量与根际土壤有效性元素含量的相关性,对指导延胡索合理化种植栽培有重要科学意义。采用土壤农化法对不同产地延胡索根际土壤中10种元素(大量元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg;微量元素Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu、B)有效性含量进行了测定,同时采用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)测定不同产地延胡索中延胡索乙素含量。结果表明:不同产地延胡索根际土壤中有效性元素含量存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。大量元素中,重庆市开县(S2)产地根际土壤有效磷、有效钙含量最高,浙江省东阳市(S4)产地根际土壤有效钾、有效镁含量最高;微量元素中,陕西省汉中市(S3)、浙江省磐安县(S5)产地根际土壤有效铁、有效铜含量显著高于其他产地。不同产地延胡索块茎中的延胡索乙素含量均达0.07%以上,高于药典中的限定标准。相关分析结果表明,延胡索乙素含量与有效钙含量存在极显著正相关(r=0.97,P<0.01),与有效铁存在显著负相关(r=-0.87,P<0.05),延胡索乙素含量主要受根际土壤有效钙含量影响。Tetrahydropalmatine is an important chemical component related to the quality of Corydalis yanhusuo,which is used as a quality control index of Corydalis yanhusuo in Chinese pharmacopoeia.Thus,to analyze the correlation between tetrahydropalmatine content and the content of available elements in rhizosphere soil is a great scientific significance to guide the rational cultivation of Corydalis yanhusuo.The available contents of 10 elements(major elements:N,P,K,Ca,Mg;trace elements:Zn,Mn,Fe,Cu,B)in rhizosphere soil of Corydalis yanhusuo from different producing areas were determined by soil agrochemical method,and the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo was performed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the study.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of available elements in rhizosphere soil of Corydalis yanhusuo from different producing areas(P<0.05).The contents of available P and Ca in rhizosphere soil of Kaixian Chongqing(S2),as well as the contents of available K and Mg in rhizosphere soil of Dongyang Zhejiang(S4)were highest of all producing areas.Among trace elements,the contents of available iron and copper in rhizosphere soil of Hanzhong Shanxi(S3)and Pan'an Zhejiang(S5)were higher than that of other producing areas.Furthemore,the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo tuber was above 0.07%,which was higher than the limit standard in Pharmacopoeia.In addition,correlation analysis showed that the content of tetrahydropalmatine was positively related to the available Ca(r=0.97,P<0.01),while negatively related to the available Fe(r=-0.87,P<0.05),and the content of tetrahydropalmatine was mainly affected by the content of available Ca in rhizosphere soil.
