摘 要:对比研究了3种防水防腐涂料在不同腐蚀环境下涂层外观、附着力、抗氯离子渗透性,以及涂刷了3种防水防腐涂层的混凝土抗压强度、电通量、碳化深度等的变化规律,并对强化污水酸溶液腐蚀后的3种防水防腐涂层进行了微观表征。结果表明:强化污水酸溶液对涂层及混凝土性能的影响要大于单一的强化污水或者酸溶液,所以污水混凝土防水防腐的选材还应综合考虑微生物的影响。In this article, the changes of coating appearance, adhesion and chloride ion permeability of three kinds of waterproofing and anti-corrosion coatings in different corrosive environments are compared and studied, as well as the compressive strength, electric flux and carbonation depth of concrete coated with the three kinds of coatings, and the paper microscopically characterizes the three waterproofing and anti-corrosion coating layers after corrosion of intensified sewage acid solution. The results show that the effect of intensified sewage acid solution on the properties of coating and concrete is greater than that of single intensified sewage or acid solution, so the influence of microorganisms should also be comprehensively considered in the selection of waterproofing and anti-corrosion material for sewage concrete.
