摘 要:采用溶液改性法对Al(OH)_(3)粒子进行表面修饰,将改性剂化学包覆在粒子表面,从而改善Al(OH)_(3)粒子的分散性;然后与三聚氰胺(MA)复配,降低总阻燃剂添加量,探索两种阻燃剂在硅酮密封胶中的协同阻燃作用。研究了表面改性对Al(OH)_(3)结构性能的影响,以及Al(OH)_(3)与MA的协同阻燃效应对于硅酮密封胶阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,进行表面改性以后,Al(OH)_(3)粒子与硅酮密封胶的相容性有一定程度改善;与MA复配以后具备协同阻燃作用,在硅酮密封胶中总添加量小幅下降仍然能够维持V-0的阻燃级别,同时伸长率有较大提升。The surface of Al(OH)_(3)particles is modified by solution modification method, and the modifier is chemically coated on the particle surface, so as to improve the dispersion of Al(OH)_(3)particles;then it is compounded with melamine(MA)to reduce the amount of total flame retardant and the synergistic flame retardant effect of the two flame retardants in silicone sealant is explored. The paper also studies the effect of surface modification on the structural performance of Al(OH)_(3)and the synergistic flame retardant effect of Al(OH)_(3)and MA on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of silicone sealant. The results show that the compatibility between Al(OH)_(3)particles and silicone sealant is improved to a certain extent after surface modification;after compounding with MA, it has synergistic flame retardant effect. The total amount added in silicone sealant decreases slightly, but it can still maintain the flame retardant level of V-0, and the elongation is greatly improved.
