摘　　要：目的探究5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合干扰素针治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年11月于本院接受治疗的87例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=44)。对照组采用CO_(2)激光治疗法治疗,观察组采用ALA-PDT联合干扰素针治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、治疗前后HPV6/11型DNA载量及临床疗效。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组HPV6/11型DNA载量低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ALA-PDT联合干扰素针治疗女性尖锐湿疣效果显著,有助于降低患者并发症发生率及HPV6/11型DNA载量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of 5-aminolaevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with interferon acupuncture in the treatment of female with condyloma acuminatum.Methods 87 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=44).The control group was treated with CO2laser therapy,and the observation group was treated with ALA-PDT combined with interferon acupuncture.The incidence of complications,HPV6/11 DNA load before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the HPV6/11 DNA load in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ALA-PDT combined with interferon acupuncture in the treatment of female with condyloma acuminatum is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and HPV6/11 type DNA load,improve the clinical effect of disease treatment.
