氩等离子凝固术治疗结肠息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究氩等离子凝固术治疗结肠息肉的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的60例结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组采用氩等离子凝固术,对照组采用内镜下结肠黏膜切除术。比较两组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及并发症发生率。分析息肉数量、息肉直径与TG、TC、LDL-C的相关性。结果治疗后,两组TG、TC、LDL-C均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。息肉数量与治疗前TG呈中度正相关关系,与TC、LDL-C呈低度正相关关系(P<0.05);息肉直径与TG、LDL-C呈低度正相关关系,而与TC呈极低度正相关关系(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为1.33%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氩等离子凝固术治疗结肠息肉效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of colon polyps.Methods 60 colonic polyps patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group used argon plasma coagulation,and the control group used endoscopic colonic mucosal resection.The levels of triglyceride(TG),total Cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDLC)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Analyzed the correlation between polyp number,polyp diameter and TG,TC,LDL-C.Results After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of polyps had moderate positive correlation with TG before treatment,and low positive correlation with TC and LDL-C(P<0.05).There was low positive correlation between polyp diameter and TG,LDL-C,but very low positive correlation with TC(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 1.33%,which was lower than40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Argon plasma coagulation is effective in the treatment of colon polyps,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
