中西结合治疗支气管扩张伴反复咯血的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的针对支气管扩张伴反复咯血病症采用中西结合治疗方法的临床疗效分析研究。方法选取2019年12月至2020年11月符合研究要求的70名入院患者,划分为两组,各35例,研究组在西医的基础上结合中药汤剂进行治疗,对照组单纯采用西医治疗,统计分析两组患者的临床资料,根据实际情况给出科学论断。结果研究组能够有效缓解患者临床症状,有效率为88.57%,高于对照组的62.86%;研究组在平均止血时间上短于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前咳嗽、咯痰、咯血、发热及呼吸困难评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组、对照组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、咯血、发热及呼吸困难评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、咯血、发热及呼吸困难评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴清热凉血止血中药汤剂结合西医疗法在支气管扩张伴反复咯血的临床治疗上效果显著,能够起到很好的协同治疗作用,为日后的治疗提供了更有效的思路和方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of bronchiectasis with recurrent hemoptysis treated by combining Chinese and Western methods.Methods 70 hospitalized patients who met the research requirements from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The research group was treated with TCM decoction on the basis of western medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine alone.The clinical data of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and scientific conclusions were given according to the actual situation.Results The study group could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,with an effective rate of 88.57%,which was higher than 62.86%of the control group;the average hemostasis time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,fever and dyspnea before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,he moptysis,fever and dyspnea in the study group and control group were lower than those before treatment.After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,fever and dyspnea in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine decoction of nourishing Yin,removing heat,cooling blood and stopping bleeding combined with western medicine has a significant effect on the clinical treatment of bronchiectasis with repeated hemoptysis,which can play a good synergistic role and provide a more effective idea and method for future treatment.
