摘 要:电气化铁路接触网隔离开关均为户外安装,其受外部环境影响,恶劣的气象条件下极易发生绝缘及机械故障.兰新铁路、兰新高铁贯穿世界上罕见的五大风区,特别是百里、三十里风区内大风频繁、风力强劲、风力变化剧烈、定向性极强,最大瞬时风速超过60 m/s,时刻威胁着接触网隔离开关的安全.隔离开关的本体及引线经常发生风摆疲劳、绝缘间隙不足、设备线夹破坏等现象,严重时会造成线路跳闸、短路甚至停运等故障.在总结风区接触网隔离开关运营实践经验的基础上,拟采用样本空间事故调查法,有限元仿真模拟及现场测量等方法和手段,对大风恶劣环境下隔离开关安装相关的引线状态、零部件匹配及防护措施等进行优化研究.旨在规范接触网隔离开关的设计、施工安装,加强接触网隔离开关源头问题管控,提高接触网隔离开关的安全性、可靠性.All catenary disconnectors of electrified railway are installed outdoors,which are affected by the external environment,and are prone to insulation and mechanical failure under bad weather conditions. LanzhouXinjiang Railway and Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway run through the rare five strong wind areas in the world,with frequent,strong,violently,highly directional wind,and the maximum instantaneous wind speed exceeds60 m/s. It always threatens the safety of catenary disconnector. Wind swing fatigue,insufficient insulation gap and equipment clamp damage often occur on the body and lead of the disconnector. In serious cases,it will cause line trip,short circuit or even outage. On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of catenary disconnector operation in wind area,this paper intends to adopt the methods and means of sample space accident investigation,finite element simulation and field measurement to optimize the lead state,part matching and protective measure related to the installation of disconnector in strong wind and harsh environment. The purpose is to standardize the design,construction and installation of catenary disconnector,strengthen the source problem control of catenary disconnector,and improve the safety and reliability of catenary disconnector.
