摘 要:为改善沥青路面质量,选用玄武岩纤维和木质素纤维对AC-13C沥青混合料路用性能进行改性,根据两种纤维物理、力学性能的差异及前期课题组研究成果,确定纤维总掺量为0.4%,并拟定不同纤维混掺方案.通过对AC-13C沥青混合料进行矿料级配设计及马歇尔试验,确定不同纤维混掺方案下混合料最佳油石比,对不同纤维混掺方案下沥青混合料进行高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂、抗水损害等路用性能研究及效益分析得出,玄武岩纤维与木质素纤维掺配比例(质量比)为2∶3时,沥青混合料高低温性能最优;玄武岩纤维与木质素纤维掺配比例为3∶2时,混合料水稳定性能最优;从沥青混合料路用性能效益及经济效益两方面综合考虑,玄武岩纤维与木质素纤维掺配比例为2∶3时效果最佳.In order to improve the quality of asphalt pavement,basalt fiber and lignin fiber are selected to modify the road performance of AC-13C asphalt mixture. According to the differences of physical and mechanical properties of the two fibers and the previous research results of the research group,the total fiber content is determined to be0.4%,and different fiber mixing schemes are formulated. Through the mineral aggregate gradation design and Marshall test of AC-13C asphalt mixture,the best asphalt aggregate ratio of the mixture under different fiber mixing schemes is determined. The road performances and benefits of asphalt mixtures under different fiber mixing schemes are studied,The results show that when the mixing ratio of basalt fiber and lignin fiber is 2∶3,asphalt mixture has the best high and low temperature performance. When the mixing ratio of basalt fiber and lignin fiber is 3∶2,the water stability performance of a sphalt mixture is the best. Considering the road performance and economic benefit of asphalt mixture,the effect is the best when the mixing ratio of basalt fiber and lignin fiber is 2∶3.
