摘  要:为了对船舶水润滑轴承磨损状态进行监测,对均匀光纤布拉格光栅和线性啁啾光纤布拉格光栅的光谱特性和磨损特点进行分析,设计了橡胶轴瓦植入光纤光栅传感器的封装结构及磨损监测仪。试验表明:监测系统满足轴承在线实时磨损监测需要,可为智能橡胶轴承的研制及船舶运行健康监测提供新方法。In order to monitor the wear status of marine water-lubricated bearings,the spectral and wear characteristics of Bragg gratings of uniform fiber and linear chirped fiber Bragg gratings were analyzed.The packaging structure and wear monitor of rubber bush embedded with fiber Bragg grating sensors were designed.Tests show that the monitoring system meets the needs of online real-time wear monitoring of bearings,capable of providing a new method for the development of intelligentized rubber bearings and the ship health monitoring.
