摘　　要：北宋陈直撰写的《养老奉亲书》是我国现存最早的老年养生保健医药专著,书中梳理了老年人的生理病理特点,阐述了衰老与脾肾虚衰有关。老年病的病机是血气已衰,外邪易侵及宿疾时发,描述了长寿者“虚阳气盛”之形证脉象,提出了食疗为主、药物扶持、重视调护、四时摄养等独具特色的养老养生方法,使“孝”落到实处,成为可以实践的具体措施,奠定了中医老年病研究的基础,为后世多部养老专著所传承和借鉴,其学术思想对现代老年医学和养老保健也具有一定的借鉴意义。The Book of YangLao FengQin Shu(Filial Care for Elderly)written by CHEN Zhi in the Northern Song Dynasty is the earliest existing elderlyhealth caremonograph in China.The book summarizes the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly which elaborates that aging is related to deficiency of spleen and kidney,the pathogenesis of geriatric disease is the deterioration of blood and energy,the external evil easily invades and occurs in chronic diseases,and describes the characteristics of the long-lived people.It also presents unique endowment health preservation methods like diet first withmedicine supplement,recuperate the body according to the changes of the four seasons,whichmake filial piety to implement and practical.Its academic thoughts laid the foundation of TCM geriatrics research,and were inherited and used for later monographs of elderly.It also has a certain reference significance for modern geriatrics and elderly health care.
