基于数据挖掘的明清温病预防及非典型传变证治中芳香药应用规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芳香药在明清时期温病预防及非典型传变证治中的应用规律,以期提高防治疗效和促进温病理论发展。方法:以明清时期温病学著作为研究对象,通过筛选含有芳香药物的方剂并建立数据库,利用中医传承辅助平台v2.5的统计报表和数据分析两大模块进行数据汇总分析,挖掘其中用药规律。结果:筛选后的方剂分为温病预防类、卫气同病证、卫营同病证、气营两燔证、气血两燔证5种类型,共计方剂86首涉及252味中药。温病预防用药以辛温芳香药物为主,卫气营血非典型传变4种类型用药以寒凉为主,其中所含芳香药物以温热为主,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,演化出核心组合共48个新处方24个。结论:明清时期芳香药物广泛应用于温病预防及卫气营血非典型传变证治中,具有散表热、清里热、畅气机、透邪出之功效。Objective:To explore the application law of aromatic drugs in the prevention of febrile disease and the treatment of atypical transmission and variation syndrome in the Ming and Qing Dynasty.In order to improve the curative effect of prevention and treatment and promote the development of febrile disease theory.Methods:Taking the works of febrile diseases in the Ming and Qing Dynasty as the research object,through screening the prescriptions containing aromatic drugs and establishing the database,using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform v2.5.The statistical report and data analysis modules of 5 summary and analysis to mine the drug use law.Results:The screened prescriptions were divided into five types:febrile disease prevention,Wei Qi Tong Bing syndrome,Wei Qi Tong Bing disease syndrome,Qi Ying both hurt syndrome and Qi and blood both hurt syndrome.There were 86 prescriptions in total,involving 252 traditional Chinese medicines.The preventive drugs for febrile diseases are mainly pungent aromatic drugs,and the four types of atypical transmission of Weiqi Yingxue are mainly cold and cool,among which the aromatic drugs are mainly warm and hot;The medicine mainly tastes pungent,bitter and sweet.There are 48 core combinations and 24 new prescriptions.Conclusion:during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,aromatic drugs were widely used in the prevention of febrile diseases and the treatment of atypical transmission and transformation of Weiqi Yingxue.They have the functions of dispersing exterior heat,clearing interior heat,unblocking Qi mechanism and penetrating evil.
