摘　　要：推动旅游业高质量发展是新时代提升旅游产业竞争力的必由之路。构建涵盖产业转型、产业运行与产业共享3个维度的旅游业高质量发展理论框架,借助泰尔指数、重心模型与变系数固定效应回归等方法,探析环长株潭城市群旅游业高质量发展时空特征及影响因素。结果表明:①旅游业高质量发展形成以长沙和湘潭为核心和次核心的“双核”结构,长沙始终保持领先,娄底与益阳等则相对滞后。②旅游业高质量发展整体区域差异趋于敛缩,长株潭城市群区域内差异是整体差异的主要贡献者;南北差异有所减缓,东西差距有待优化。③旅游专业化对旅游业高质量发展产生广泛的正向显著影响,旅游劳动力在发达(欠发达)城市负向(正向)显著,而经济水平、交通条件和产业结构尚未产生广泛影响。Promoting the high-quality development of tourism industry is the best way to enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry in the new era. This paper constructs a theoretical framework for the high-quality development of tourism industry which includes three dimensions: industrial transformation, industrial operation and industrial sharing. It explores the spatio-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of high-quality development of tourism industry around the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration by the means of the theil index,gravity center model and variable coefficient fixed effect regression. The results show that: 1) The high-quality development of tourism industry has formed a "dual-core" structure which takes Changsha as the core and Xiangtan as the sub-core,Changsha has always been in the lead, while Loudi and Yiyang are relatively lagging behind. 2) The overall regional differences in the highquality development of tourism industry tend to converge, the intra-regional difference of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is the main contributor to the overall difference, the difference between the north and the south has slowed down, but the gap between the east and the west still needs to be optimized. 3) Tourism specialization has an extensively positive and significant impact on the high-quality development of tourism industry, tourism labor force is significantly negative(positive) in developed(underdeveloped) cities, but the economic level, traffic conditions and industrial structure have not yet had a wide impact.
