摘  要:为了提高抗灾能力,实现电信级系统异地双活及数据异地备份,保障金融、电信、政府等重点企业核心业务系统7×24 h不断网、不断电持续运行,本文通过创新3层双活设计,践行安全可靠完整的建设原则,成功解决了技术架构相对封闭的千万用户级传统电信业务系统的多地部署问题,保障了业务的高可用性,提高了数据中心容灾能力,成功实现了连续3年业务零中断。In order to improve the disaster resistance,realize the remote double live of telecom level system and remote backup of data,and ensure the 7×24 h continuous network and continuous operation of core business systems of key enterprises such as fi nance,telecommunications and government.By innovating the three-tier dual active design and practicing the construction principle of safety,reliability and integrity,the problem of multi location deployment of 10 million user level traditional telecom service system with relatively closed technical architecture has been successfully solved,the high availability of services has been guaranteed,and the disaster recovery capacity of data center has been improved.It has successfully achieved zero business interruption for three consecutive years,and the drill RTO is less than 10 min.
