摘  要:为了研究新疆尖山菱镁矿制备的烧结镁砂的性能,分别以其块状原矿,经破粉碎的粉状原矿以及经破粉碎、浮选提纯后的精矿为原料,采用一步煅烧工艺,在1750℃保温6 h煅烧制备烧结镁砂,检测烧结镁砂的理化性能,并分析其物相组成和显微结构。结果表明:(1)块状原矿直接煅烧制成的烧结镁砂的MgO、CaO、SiO_(2)含量(w)分别为88.66%、2.88%、5.13%,粉状原矿压块后煅烧制成的烧结镁砂的MgO、CaO、SiO_(2)含量(w)分别为89.15%、2.32%、4.22%,二者均不符合《GB/T 2273—2007烧结镁砂》中MS88牌号烧结镁砂的要求;(2)精矿压块后煅烧制成的烧结镁砂的MgO、CaO、SiO_(2)含量(w)分别为94.18%、1.43%、1.21%,体积密度为3.25 g·cm^(-3),符合《GB/T 2273—2007烧结镁砂》中MS94牌号烧结镁砂的要求。To study the properties of sintered magnesia prepared from Xinjiang Jianshan magnesite,the sintered magnesia was prepared using the raw ore block,the raw ore powder and the concentrate after crushing and flotation purification respectively as raw materials and firing at 1750℃for 6 h by one-step calcination process.The physical properties and chemical composition of the sintered magnesia were tested,and its phase composition and microstructure were analyzed.The results show that:(1)the sintered magnesia directly calcined with raw ore block has 88.66%MgO,2.88%CaO and 5.13% SiO_(2),and the sintered magnesia prepared from raw ore powder has 89.15%MgO,2.32%CaO,and 4.22% SiO_(2),by mass,respectively,neither of which meets the requirements of grade MS88 sintered magnesia in GB/T 2273—2007;(2)the sintered magnesia prepared from concentrate has 94.18%MgO,1.43%CaO,1.21% SiO_(2)and the bulk density of 3.25 g·cm^(-3),which meets the requirements of grade MS94 sintered magnesia in GB/T 2273—2007.
