摘 要:为了降低高铝浇注料的体积密度和热导率,研究了分别以轻质微孔莫来石、高铝多孔熟料和氧化铝空心球为骨料的三种高铝浇注料的烘干及1250℃热处理后的性能。结果表明:(1)浇注料的烘干强度主要取决于所用轻质骨料的强度,1250℃热处理后的强度还与浇注料的烧结程度有关;热导率主要受骨料的致密度以及气孔的大小和分布影响。(2)比较后发现,以轻质微孔莫来石为骨料制备的浇注料的常温强度和高温抗折强度较大,热导率较低。In order to reduce their bulk density and thermal conductivity,three kinds of high alumina castables were prepared with lightweight microporous mullite,porous high alumina clinker and alumina bubbles as aggregates,respectively,and their properties after drying and heat treatment at 1250℃were studied.The results show that:(1)the drying strength of the castables mainly depends on the strength of the lightweight aggregates used,and the strength after heat treatment at 1250℃is also related to the sintering degree of the castables;the thermal conductivity is mainly affected by the density of aggregates as well as the size and distribution of pores;(2)the castable prepared with the lightweight microporous mullite as the aggregates has higher cold strength and hot modulus of rupture,and lower thermal conductivity.
