摘  要:以碳纤维(CF)、玄武岩纤维(BF)、聚丙烯(PP)为原料,再与增容剂、抗氧剂混合制备改性PP粒料。讨论了CF/BF复合纤维含量、CF与BF的配比、增容剂用量、抗氧剂用量、纤维添加方式对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:CF/BF/PP复合材料中复合纤维的质量分数以20%~30%为宜;复合纤维中CF含量的增加能提高复合材料的强度,但其含量过高会造成降解性能下降和加工困难;增容剂的质量分数以不超过15%为宜;抗氧剂的质量分数以0.50%为宜;BF与PP预先混合造粒,然后再与CF混合造粒得到的复合材料性能较高。Carbon fiber(CF),basalt fiber(BF) and polypropylene(PP) were used as raw materials,and then mixed with the compatibilizer and antioxidant to prepare modified PP pellets.The influence of CF/BF composite fiber content,CF/BF ratio,compatibilizer amount,antioxidant amount,fiber addition mode on the mechanical performance of the composite was discussed.The results show that the suitable mass fraction of the composite fiber in CF/BF/PP composite is 20%~30%.The increase of CF content in the composite fiber can improve the strength of the composite,but too high composite content will cause degradation performance decline and processing difficulty;the suitable mass fraction of the compatibilizer is not more than 15%;the suitable mass fraction of antioxidant is 0.50%;the composite obtained by pre-mixing and granulating BF and PP,and then mixing and granulating with CF has higher performance.
