摘  要:考察了玻璃纤维、滑石粉、云母、玻璃微珠和硫酸钙晶须等填料对溴锑(十溴二苯乙烷/三氧化二锑)阻燃尼龙6(PA6)的相比电痕化指数(CTI)的影响,发现滑石粉能明显提高溴锑阻燃PA6的CTI。随滑石粉粒径的减小,溴锑阻燃PA6的CTI有增加的趋势;用1.6μm的滑石粉,其添加质量分数为20%时,溴锑阻燃PA6的CTI最高可达375V。The influence of the filler including glass fiber,talc powder,mica,glass bead,calcium sulfate whisker,etc.on the comparative tracking index(CTI) of bromine-antimony(decabromodiphenyl ethane/antimony trioxide) flame retardant nylon 6(PA6) was investigated.It is found that talc powder can significantly improve the CTI of bromine-antimony flame retardant PA6.The CTI of bromine-antimony flame retardant PA6 tends to increase as the particle diameter of talc powder decreased.When the particle diameter of talc powder is 1.6μm,and its adding mass fraction is 20%,the CTI of bromine-antimony flame retardant PA6 can maximally reach 375V.
