摘  要:235国道是杭州市亚运会交通主干道,主线桥采用柱式桥墩和门架式墩预应力钢筋混凝土盖梁,地表主要为淤泥质土和粉质黏土,地基承载力差,线下施工工期6个月。针对项目工期紧、地质差、盖梁跨度大的施工难题,对支架结构选型、安拆方式、基础处理及预压方案等进行深度优化研究,采用钢管立柱与三角托架组合受力的装配式三角托架结构,大幅提高了支架安拆效率,降底了盖梁施工成本,实现了软土地区城市高速公路大跨度盖梁快速施工,为类似项目施工提供了经验。National Highway 235 is the main traffic road of Hangzhou Asian Games.The main bridge adopts column pier and portal pier prestressed reinforced concrete bent cap.The surface is mainly muddy soil and silty clay.The foundation bearing capacity is poor.The offline construction period is 6 months.In view of the construction problems of tight construction period,poor geology and large span of the cap beam,the in-depth optimization research is carried out on the support structure selection,installation and removal mode,foundation treatment and preloading scheme.The fabricated triangular bracket structure with combined stress of steel pipe column and triangular bracket is adopted,which greatly improves the support installation and removal efficiency and reduces the cap beam construction cost.Finally,the rapid construction of long-span bent cap of urban expressway in soft soil area is realized,which can be used for reference for the construction of similar projects.
