摘  要:城市现代有轨电车以节能、低震动、可小半径转弯等特点,有效弥补了城市地铁在线网建设中的不足,使得轨道交通的延伸范围加大。有轨电车槽型轨道的预弯曲以及小半径曲线的整体轨道铺设施工工艺成为施工的重点和难点。以成都有轨电车蓉2号线小半径曲线槽型轨道弯轨及铺设为研究对象,采用槽型轨滚弯机对槽型轨道进行预弯,并提出相应的弯轨技术参数、弯轨施工方法,分析小半径槽型轨道铺设施工中组装轨排、安装轨枕、整体道床施工、槽型钢轨焊接、应力放散及锁定焊接等具体的施工工艺。研究表明,轨道铺设前采用的预先弯曲施工工艺,消除了小半径曲线槽型轨道的钢轨应力,提高了轨道铺设精度;小半径曲线槽型轨道铺设工艺有效地增强了轨道的整体安装精度、稳定性,确保了小半径曲线段线路的平稳运行。With the characteristics of energy saving,low vibration and small radius turning,urban tram has effectively made up for the shortcomings in the construction of urban subway online network,and expanded the extension range of rail transit.The pre bending of tram grooved track and the overall track laying technology with small curve radius have become the focus and difficulty of construction.Taking the small curve radius grooved track bending and laying of tram line Rong 2 as the research object,the grooved track is pre bent by the grooved track roll bending machine,the corresponding technical parameters and construction methods of rail bending are put forward,and the track arrangement assembly,sleeper installation,monolithic track bed construction,grooved rail welding,and specific construction processes such as stress release and locking welding are analyzed.The research shows that the pre bending construction technology adopted before track laying eliminates the rail stress of small curve radius grooved track and improves the track laying accuracy;the laying process of grooved track with small curve radius effectively enhances the overall installation accuracy and stability of the track and ensures the smooth operation of the line in the section with small curve radius.
