摘 要:针对水冷板加工工艺,基于理论分析,确定影响水冷板耐压性能的因素,提出一种新的水冷板加工工艺。通过在ANSYS中建立水冷板的流固耦合仿真模型,对比分析工艺优化前后水冷板耐压性能,并结合试验对水冷板耐压性能进行验证,实现了水冷板加工工艺的优化,耐压性能提高了超过160%。Aiming at the welding process of water-cooled plate, the factors affecting the pressure resistance performance of it are determined based on the theoretical analysis of the pressure. Then, a new processing technology is proposed. Through the establishment of the fluid structure coupling simulation model of the water-cooled plate in ANSYS, the pressure resistance performance of it before and after the optimization of the processing technology is compared and analyzed. And then, the pressure resistance performance of the plate is verified by experiments. Finally, the optimization of the processing technology is realized, and the pressure resistance performance is improved by more than 160%.
