摘 要:目的:建立朝药松毛的质量标准,为朝医用药、朝药制剂的开发及产业化提供依据。方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》四部相关方法,对松毛药材的水分、灰分、浸出物及有害物质进行测定。采用性状、显微和薄层色谱对松毛药材进行鉴别。同时以槲皮素和山柰素为指标成分,建立HPLC含量测定方法。结果:松毛性状及横切面显微特征均较明显,薄层色谱斑点清晰,槲皮素和山柰素分离较好;测定12批松毛药材,水分为28.6%~47.4%,总灰分为1.4%~2.0%,酸不溶性灰分为0.1%~0.2%,浸出物为20.1%~29.2%,槲皮素与山柰素总含量为0.262%~0.436%。建议规定限度浸出物≥20.0%,以干燥品计,槲皮素和山柰素总含量≥0.25%。结论:建立的方法可较好地控制松毛药材的整体质量。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Korean medicine Pini Koraiensis Folium(Songmao)and lay a basis for Korean medicine,development and industrialization of Korean medicine preparations.Methods:The water content,ash content,extract and harmful substances of Chinese pharmacopoeia were determined by four relevant methods.Traits,microscopic characteristics and TLC method were used for identification of Pini Koraiensis Folium.The HPLC method for the content determination was developed and validated with quercetin and kaempferide as the reference substance.Results:Traits and microscopic characteristics of transverse section of Pini Koraiensis Folium were characteristic,the TLC spots were clear,and the separation of quercetin and kaempferide was good.The results of testing for 12 batches of Pini Koraiensis Folium showed that the water contents were 28.6%~47.4%,total ash were 1.4%~2.0%,tacid insoluble ash were 0.1%~0.2%,extractives were 20.1%~29.2%.The total contents of quercetin and kaempferide were 0.262%~0.436%.Thus,the limit of each test items for Pini Koraiensis Folium were proposed as follows:extractives≥20.0%,the total contents of quercetin and kaempferide calculated on dried sample≥0.25%.Conclusion:The established method could be used for the holistic quality control of Pini Koraiensis Folium.
