蒙药阿木日-6对患者行CT结肠成像前排便规律影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨将蒙药阿木日-6应用于CT结肠成像检查前的肠道准备时对排便规律产生的影响。方法:嘱咐临床27例需进行CT结肠成像检查的患者接受包括口服蒙药阿木日-6在内的肠道准备方案,CT结肠成像检查后择期进行口服聚乙二醇的肠道准备及结肠镜检查。统计分析对CT结肠成像肠道准备方案中各部分的主观感受情况,并将正常情况时与两种检查前行肠道准备时的排便次数进行比较。结果:27例患者行结合蒙药阿木日-6的CT结肠成像肠道准备方案,5例患者口服蒙药阿木日-6或蒙药阿木日-6+钡剂后出现轻度腹泻的症状,占18.52%(5/27),经该肠道准备的排便次数少于结肠镜的肠道准备(P<0.05),而其与正常排便次数的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过口服蒙药阿木日-6行CT结肠成像前的肠道准备未对其排便规律产生显著影响,该药具有应用于CT结肠成像临床检查的可行性。Objective:To analyze the influence of the Mongolian medicine amuri-6 in the bowel preparation process before CT colonography on the patient’s defecation.Methods:27 patients were instructed to undergo the bowel preparation protocol combined with amuri-6 before CT colonography.After CT colonography,the patients were enrolled in the bowel preparation of oral polyethylene glycol and colonoscopy.Patients’subjective feelings about each part of the CT colonography bowel preparation protocol were evaluated.And the number of defecation between the patient’s normal condition and the bowel preparation before the two examinations were compared.Results:27 patients underwent CT colonography bowel preparation protocol combined with Mongolian medicine amuri-6.Among them,5(18.52%)patients had mild diarrhea symptoms after taking Mongolian medicine amuri-6 or Mongolian medicine amuri-6 plus barium.The number of defecation prepared by the protocol combined with amuri-6 was less than that of the colonoscopy(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the number of defecation prepared by the Mongolian medicine amuri-6 protocol and the normal defecation times(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that the bowel preparation before CT colonography by taking Mongolian medicine amuri-6 had no significant effect on the patient’s defecation,so the Mongolian medicine amuri-6 has the feasibility of being used in clinical examination of CT colonography.
