藏医药浴治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,以风湿免疫为代表的慢性病的患病率在全球范围内呈明显上升趋势。类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种影响众多患者日常生活的慢性疾病,使用传统抗风湿药治疗,部分患者出现疗效不佳且不良反应明显等现象。藏药洗浴是传统外治法的一种,从皮肤到肌肉,从筋脉到骨骼,通过药物活性和物理熏蒸的双重作用发挥疗效,藏医药浴治疗RA疗效显著,作为传统治疗方法的辅助手段之一,在临床具有较高的推广价值。本文就藏医药浴——“五味甘露汤”治疗RA的研究进展作一综述。In recent years,the prevalence of chronic diseases represented by rheumatic immunity has been on the rise globally.Among them,rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease affecting the daily life of many patients,using traditional anti-rheumatic drugs treatment,some patients appear poor efficacy and obvious adverse reactions and other phenomena.Tibetan medicine bath is one of the traditional external treatment methods.From the skin to the muscle,from the muscles to the bones,it plays an effective role through the dual effects of drug activity and physical fumigation.Tibetan medicine bath has a significant effect in the treatment of RA,which is used as one of the auxiliary means of traditional treatment methods,and has high application and promotion value in clinical practice.In this paper,the research progress of Tibetan medicine bath--"five flavor manna soup"in RA treatment is summarized.
