摘 要:文章以江苏省13个地级市为例,运用清晰集定性比较方法(csQCA),从目的地美食产业发展及城市综合发展两个方面选择6个影响因素指标,分析以美食产业发展促进城市旅游经济发展的主要影响因素及其多重组合路径。研究表明:(1)以美食产业发展为主导,城市综合发展为支撑,能够促进城市旅游经济发展;(2)举办美食节庆是促进城市旅游经济发展的必要条件;(3)美食产业促进城市旅游经济发展的因素组合呈现四种情形:最有利因素组合“美食经济*美食节庆*文化产业发展*服务业发展”,以及三组较有利因素组合“美食资源*美食节庆”“美食节庆*服务业发展”和“美食节庆*环境质量”。Taking 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu as examples,this study selects six influencing factor indicators from two dimensions that includes the development of destination catering industry and the comprehensive development of the city and uses the clear set qualitative comparative analysis(CSQCA)to analyze the main influencing factors and their different combination paths of catering industry promoting the development of urban tourism economy.We obtain the following findings:(1)Taking the development of the catering industry as the dominant factor and the comprehensive urban development as the mainstay can promote the development of urban tourism economy;(2)Holding food festivals is the necessary precondition to the development of urban tourism economy;(3)The combination of factors that promote the development of urban tourism economy by food is reflected in the following four situations:The most favorable combination of factors-"food economy*food festivals*the development of cultural industry*the development of service industry",and three sets of favorable factors combination--“food resources*food festivals”,"food festivals*the development of service industry"and"food festivals*environmental quality"
