产业结构视角下长三角经济一体化的测度与分析

摘　　要：在经济“双循环”格局下,产业结构升级既是区域经济一体化发展的内在动因,也是一体化高质量发展成果的外在呈现。文章通过计算经济增长一体化指标和产业发展速度、产业结构合理化和高级化指标,实现对长三角区域经济一体化程度的测度。研究表明:(1)加入长三角经济带后,安徽省经济一体化程度和产业结构合理化程度都有显著提升和改善,但是仍远低于江浙沪地区;(2)安徽省城市群的产业结构高级化指数整体水平较低;(3)安徽省城市群产业结构高级化指数增速较快。安徽省应强化产业间的协调关系,探索产业“混融”的发展模式,激发劳动力创新活力,着力服务业供给侧改革,为城市群在长三角区域一体化进程中的高质量发展提供保障。Under the economic"double cycle"pattern,the upgrading of industrial structure is not only the internal motivation of the development of regional economic integration,but also the presentation of high-quality development achievements of integration.This paper measures the degree of regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta by calculating the indicators of economic growth integration,industrial development speed,rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.The results show that:(1)after joining the Yangtze River Delta economic belt,the degree of economic integration and the rationalization of industrial structure in Anhui Province has been significantly improved,but it is still far lower than that in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.(2)The overall level of industrial structure upgrading index of urban agglomeration in Anhui Province is low.(3)The growth rates of industrial structure upgrading index of urban agglomeration in Anhui Province were growing rapidly.Anhui Province should strengthen the coordination relationship between industries,explore the development mode of"mixed integration"of industries,stimulate the innovation vitality of labor force,and focus on the supply side reform of service industry to provide guarantee for the high-quality economic development of urban agglomeration in the process of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
