生产性服务业集聚对产业结构升级的影响效应--基于市场生产效率视角

摘　　要：文章基于2004—2019年省际面板数据,实证研究生产性服务业集聚对产业结构升级的影响效应。研究表明:我国生产性服务业集聚推动了地区产业结构的转型升级,并且高端生产性服务业集聚的促进作用更强,这种推动作用主要是通过劳动效率、资本投资效率和技术创新等机制实现的。进一步研究发现,金融危机的冲击弱化了生产性服务业集聚的影响,而党的十八大召开以后的政策扶持促进了其对产业结构升级的促进作用。基于此,应多措并举,推动生产性服务业协同发展,充分发挥市场优势,加强各项政策的统筹协调,同时完善地区特色的制度体系,营造适合生产性服务业集聚的市场环境。Based on the problems of agglomeration of the producer service industry to deal with cost problems,improve production efficiency and promote the upgrading of industrial structure,this paper verifies theoretical expectations based on my country's 2004-2019 provincial panel data.The empirical findings:my country's producer service industry agglomeration promotes the transformation and upgrading of the regional industrial structure,and the promotion of high-end producer service industry agglomeration is stronger.This promotion is mainly achieved through labor efficiency,capital investment efficiency,and technological innovation.of.Further research has found that the impact of the financial crisis has weakened the impact of the agglomeration of the producer service industry,and the policy support after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has promoted its role in promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure.Based on this,the government should promote the coordinated development of the producer service industry,give full play to market advantages,strengthen the overall coordination of various policies,and at the same time improve the institutional system with regional characteristics,and create a market environment suitable for the agglomeration of producer service industries.
