摘  要:为了探究翼型印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE)内流动与换热特性,采用数值模拟方法,以S-CO_(2)为工质,针对S-CO_(2)布雷顿循环燃煤系统中的高温回热器,研究了质量流量、进口温度和出口压力对PCHE流动和换热特性的影响,分析压降、范宁摩擦因子、努塞尔数及综合换热性能评价指标的变化规律,提出S-CO_(2)在翼型PCHE中新的流动和传热关联式.结果表明:冷流体质量流量从1.27 g/s提高到10.20 g/s,PCHE综合性能提升4.6倍;在冷流体进口流量为6.36 g/s时,热流体压降已经达到进口压力的2%;在相应温度变化范围内,温度对范宁摩擦因子f的影响在6%以内,冷流体进口温度提高40 K后,冷流体综合性能提高22%;采用9.5 MPa热流体出口压力时,可以在保持换热器性能的同时减少20%的压力损失.To study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of an airfoil printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE),the influences of mass flow,inlet temperature and outlet pressure on PCHE flow and heat transfer characteristics of S-CO_(2)high-temperature regenerator in S-CO_(2)Brayton cycle coal-fired system were studied by a numerical simulation method.And the variation rules of the pressure drop,Fanning friction factor,Nusselt number,and comprehensive heat transfer performance evaluation index(PEC)were analyzed.A new correlation between the flow and the heat transfer in the airfoil PCHE was proposed.The results show that when the mass flow of cold fluid is increased from 1.27 g/s to 10.20 g/s,the comprehensive performance of PCHE is increased by 4.6 times.When the inlet flow of cold fluid is 6.36 g/s,the pressure drop of hot fluid reaches 2%of its inlet pressure.In the range of temperature variation,the effect of temperature on the Fanning friction factor is less than 6%,and the comprehensive performance of cold fluid is improved by 22%after the inlet temperature of cold fluid is increased by 40 K.When the hot fluid outlet pressure is 9.5 MPa,the pressure loss can be reduced by 20%while maintaining the performance of the heat exchanger.
