摘 要:土壤呼吸是大气碳的主要来源之一。近年来黄土高原的植被覆盖变化显著,为探究灌丛生态系统土壤呼吸变化规律和影响因素,2020年利用红外气体分析仪对黄土高原沟壑区淳化灌丛生态系统的不同海拔的裸地、保留植被的地面等3个测点进行土壤呼吸速率观测。研究结果表明:①淳化灌丛生态系统土壤呼吸速率日内过程呈“单峰型”曲线,保留植被测点的土壤呼吸速率在1 d内始终大于裸地测点;②保留植被测点的日内土壤呼吸速率和土壤温度呈显著正相关,可以解释土壤呼吸速率日变化差异的83%,黄土高原沟壑区灌丛生态系统土壤呼吸速率日变化与土壤湿度呈负相关;③土壤呼吸速率、土壤温度、土壤湿度的日内变化波动较大,沟壑区灌丛生态系统的月土壤呼吸速率与土壤温度呈显著正相关。Soil respiration is one of the main sources of atmospheric carbon.In recent years,the vegetation cover of the Loess Plateau has changed significantly.To explore the change rules and influencing factors of soil respiration in the shrub ecosystem,this paper used the infrared gas analyzer to observe the soil respiration rate at three measuring points of the Chunhua shrub ecosystem in the gully region of the Loess Plateau in 2020,including the bare land and the surface with retained vegetation at different elevations.The results show the following:①the diurnal soil respiration rate in the Chunhua shrub ecosystem shows a single-peak curve.The soil respiration rate of the land with preserved vegetation is always higher than that of the bare land within 1 day.②There is a significant positive correlation between diurnal soil respiration rate and soil temperature,which could explain 83%of the diurnal variation of soil respiration rate.The diurnal variation of soil respiration rate of shrub ecosystem in gully region of Loess Plateau is negatively correlated with soil moisture.③The diurnal variation of soil respiration rate,soil temperature,and soil moisture fluctuates greatly.There is a significant positive correlation between monthly soil respiration rate and soil temperature in the gully region of the shrub ecosystem.
