摘  要:为研究沥青混凝土在高寒高海拔地区堆石坝心墙中应用及施工的可行性,以及沥青混凝土配合比设计的合理性,分析了西藏结巴水库沥青混凝土碾压试验过程中各种物理及力学性能的试验检测数据,提出了合理的施工工艺流程和碾压参数,确定了骨料、沥青以及沥青混合料在不同工况下的温度控制要求。结果表明:在高寒高海拔地区,现有沥青混凝土拌和系统及其他施工机械设备在加强维护和有效调度的情况下,可满足工程连续施工的要求;推荐沥青混合料摊铺厚度为30 cm,碾压机具为2.6 t振动平碾,振动碾行车速度为1.5~2.0 km/h。研究成果可为高寒高海拔地区碾压式沥青混凝土心墙快速施工提供技术支撑。In order to study the application and construction of asphalt concrete in the core wall of rockfill dam in high altitude and cold area and the rationality of asphalt concrete mix proportion design,the test data obtained from rolling compaction test of asphalt concrete of Jieba Reservoir in Tibet were analyzed.The results showed that the existing asphalt concrete mixing system and construction machinery and equipment could meet the requirements of continuous construction under the condition of strengthening maintenance and effective scheduling in high altitude and cold area.The reasonable construction process and rolling parameters were put forward,and the temperature control requirements of aggregate,asphalt and asphalt mixture under different working conditions were determined.The recommended paving thickness of asphalt mixture was 30 cm,the rolling machine was 2.6 t vibratory flat roller,and the driving speed of vibratory roller was 1.5~2.0 km/h.The research results could provide technical support for the rapid construction of rolled asphalt concrete core wall in high altitude and cold area.
